There are many things which can be done. Play with soft hands and run a single, then the bowler will be force to change his line/length. Batsman is trying to play boundary shots so the ball is travelling to fielders quickly which is making it difficult even to run a single. Also for any left arm wrist spinner always play for spin into you and you'll be ok, batsman also didn't tried to use his feets and most of the shots he was waiting on backfoot to cut or pull it, he can also go outside offstump and play it on leg side. Not good batting and use of mind.

in order to disturb any spinner foot movement is necessary. If you stand still right before any ball is bowled then bowler already knows your foot movement and he will adjust the line accordingly

In my opinion,most batsmen are right handed. So,a left arm spinner will naturally serve as a right arm leg spinner with better control...For any batsman,flick shots & sweep shots are risky shots and these shots are bound to be played against a left arm spinner or a right arm leg spinner...... An ordinary batsman will find it difficult to play these shots consistently...... Thus,it is naturally difficult for a batsman to face a left arm spinner......
