Having had a problem previously with the sides for the awning would it not have made sense to have checked they were right before going away with it?

After destroying the ones they sent out I don't think you're entitled to ask the company to send out more for free, did you not think to check they were the right ones before you left?

Unfortunately, this is the second time it has happened. So we didn't see the reason to have to check as it's the company's responsibility to send out the correct products. We have also just received a replacement at the moment 👍❤️
