Baus is indeed a insane player and i can understand why he is lowkey trolling some games failing is one of the best ways to improve he tries to push boundaries with stupid stuff to find out how far he can push the system willing to take some loses but still climbing at master elo which is simply insane. Its easy to see he is one of the best league players of all time and its not a big deal if he just wants to experiment a bit some people feel offended he experiments in master elo but thats easy territory for him.

It’s because the culture of the game is feeder bad and with how degen the community is peoples only prio when losing is to flame whoever they feel at fault as hard as possible to feel better. So when you see a guy die 15 times a game people can’t understand how he’s high rank and adjust it to their experiences in lower elo.

think about a death like a +300 gold and you not being there for like 30s, now, he does a lot more than the enemy can do in 30s, he often dont give the opponent the chance of doing absolute nothing in the time he's respawning, either because the wave is dead, or either he died literally in the enemy jungle and took someone's life with him, he manages tempo pretty well and somehow play league like a mathematical scheme where +300 is not enough to contest the impact he's making by his playstyle, i think is a thing you can do only in soloq tho, is kinda complex and sometimes he just int because the play was certainly bad, but he's not playing the same game we play, ofc i think there's other players out there that can see the game like him, but they adjust it at their own playstyle, and make it work better than baus, any kr challenger player can see the impact, idk, is hard.

It's not really +300 gold. After some deaths he gives way less but still gets the same value and the enemy build up a bounty. So in the end the enemy loses more gold than they gain by killing him.

He’s the real deal. He just loves playing alternative playstyles. Riot specifically nerfed sion and his playstyle. Now he plays top rammus with like a 70% wr. He doesn’t play conventional of high kills low deaths. He plays for gold advantage instead at the cost of deaths (if needed) because death streaks and bounties lower the value of enemy kills, eg the baus rule of 1 tower plate = 1 kill.

And his new ramus strat is crazy too. He tries to proxy between t2 and t3 towers after 1 proxy between t1 and t2. Even if he dies, usually he is up about 2 waves (each wave being about 130-150 gold), and he wastes enemy jg time and lets team jg gank without counter gank. If enemy team dont stop him. He starts ganking as rammus which his kit is made for, full tank tanking tower shots like nothing and doing absurd dmg. Plus rammus has crazy late game with gold advantage. But it takes a very coordinated team which GM and challengers is more likely, but it is still solo q.

Baus is so good at playing from behind that he doesn't know how to play when he's ahead so he intentionally lets himself get behind in order to win the game. it's a skill that a lot of players don't have and REFUSE TO LEARN coz they're too lazy and would rather FF and ONLY LEARN how to not get in that situation in the first place. And yes it's great to avoid these situations in the first place but there will be times when things wont go the way you want them to, so it's best to know what to do when you're behind as well. If a player learns both Alois fundamentals and Baus comeback strat, that player would definitely win twice the number of games that an alois or a baus viewer would get.

To be fair his insane performances were always at times when sion was broken. Alois is way better than someone like baus. His entire playstyle relies on people not being used to it and not knowkng how to react. The entire playstyle relies on solo queue being solo queue and people playing for themselves and not for the team, as well as the general lack of communication. If he played like this in high elo Flex or competitive, he will lose, almost guaranteed. There are good matchups for it team-wise for sure, but even then, you win because people don't know what to do. Noone wants him on their team, because it's such a troll coinflip, but you won't meet him enough in your games to really get used to it.
