That question about citizens rights was not about other countries. It means all people in the US have the same protections, but can not vote in federal elections if not a citizen.

1:58 The first amendment is about freedom of speech, including freedom of the press. The second amendment technically says that citizens have the right to bear arms because a well armed militia is essential for national security. The founders also wanted to make sure that the citizens could fight against a military coup. This was possible given the technology back then, not so possible today. The 5th amendment is the one that says that you don't have to incriminate yourself, hence "I plead the 5th". The first 10 amendments are referred to as the Bill of Rights. They all pertain to the rights that individual citizens have.

3:44 The founding fathers intended for the president to have been elected by the people. So the line of succession has all elected officials (vice president, the person in charge of the House of Representatives, the person in charge of the Senate) until the 4th in line, the Secretary of State. Reagan's Secretary of State made a major faux pas when he said "I am in charge" when Reagan was shot and underwent emergency surgery. The VP, would have been responsible for emergency decision making during the time that the president was under anesthesia, in the unlikely event that such an urgent decision needed to be made.

The question concerning a right only US citizens have had to do with while being in the states. The Constitution applies to everyone, either living in or visiting, but a few things pertain only to citizens, and one is that only citizens can vote in federal elections.

Pretty good for not studying for months on end. The speaker of house is followed by the senate president pro-tem since they are elected. The secretary of state follows next since they are the highest appointed member of the cabinet. The question about the current speak of the house means that the test is at least 2 years old. All and all, I'd call it a passing grade.

Bear arms, like the animal's arms, haha that's funny. Yes we all have the right to have animal arms, and just the arms, hanging on our walls. That's hilarious.

My hubby had a similar conversation with our son. About ball bearings. Son couldn't understand what bear was bearing his balls. Where was this bear and he did not see any balls. Hubby was doing his best to keep this hilarious conversation going. While trying his best to not spoil it by laughing! I'm pretty sure my boy still has no idea why the bear is bearing his balls!! Lol

That was just a fun online test.. I helped a friend study for his citizenship test, they gave him questions and answers to 100 questions and he would be tested on 50 of those. It was hard, most Americans wouldn't pass it. Questions like who was the 4th president, name 5 of the first 13 colonies and what drew America into WWI. Plus he had to read and write in English and name his local politicians.
