I have raced dirt bikes for 30+ years, I’m impressed with his choice of lines and a good pace, I think he can save energy by simply reving his engine or give a loud WOOP WOOP to give slower riders an alert they are being over taken, as a faster guy I need to remember the slower riders are riding at their best, getting angry at slower riders just wastes energy. They have the same right the the line as I do, my job is to overtake them at a safe spot. This advise is coming from an old racer with a lot of laps under his belt!

I agree with you, except I'm not so impressed with his riding skills. He simply outclassed everyone he was riding with. He needs to step up a class. When you are passing everyone and being passed by no one, it only means 1 of 2 things...you are in the wrong class or you are just that great at what you do..

I don’t think some of y’all realize there are multiple classes riding together and when you are clearly slower and less skilled you aren’t in a race against the same people it’s all timed so yes you move out of the way for the more experienced riders.. that’s like your local track billy Bob in his late model running the same road course with nascar guys you get out of their way y’all are on the same track but not in the same race. Garren isn't that great on the bike, trust me. He is just racing in the wrong class. When he steps up and races with some real riders he won't look so great anymore. I wonder if he will share the GroPro footage of everyone passing him on the side of the trails when he does level up. Also, only the newest of the rookies out on the track will give a crap about some guy behind them yelling, regardless of what is being yelled, which also goes to show the level of the class of newbs he was riding in. And half the time there is nowhere for them to go. They are on a single wide track with nowhere to pull off and he's yelling watch out.....? You have to yell. Its like a driver in a mixed class race with GT and LMP cars. The LMP cars flash their lights when they zoom up on the GT cars to let them know they are going by. Helps make sure the faster guys get by without anybody getting hurt or wrecked. Heck they do the same thing with lapped cars in Nascar. Only they use radios. Thank God no one could hear the stuff I said while racing WERA. Your already amped up and racing is controlled aggression. He really should be yelling “right side” or “left side”
