The dish one works I promise The chemistry behind it is that the soap attracts the molecules of the grease in the sauce and attaches it to the water molecules technically both water molecules in the grease molecules are attaching to the soap Molecules but in essence it makes them attached to each other when they normally wouldn’t so it technically cleans it but I only noticed that it works well when you actually physically rub the soap directly onto the stain rather than just putting soap in water because the water does not attract the grease molecules so it needs a surfactant in order to work and remove the grease

For Tupperware, if you put spaghetti or anything red in there, wash it in COLD water first. Once the tomato paste from whatever you had in it is gone feel free to use hot water to clean it. But once it's stained and not a smooth surface there ain't nothin you can do about that.

For the Tupperware container, rub butter on the red stains, add dish soap, then close the lid and swish it around. The butter/oil sticks to the stains, while the dish soap does nothing because the stains are hydrophobic.
