Good morning, this been a little hard for since I am doing this alone but as gift to myself as a birthday gift. Something I want to do before God calls me home, since I am 81 years old. Day 269 - Wednesday September 25th, 2024 - The day of small things Yes, there is such thing. Sometimes just a smile, a good morning or are you okay to a coworker / neighbor might not be seen as a big deal but a tiny action of kindness can be a big thing. Today's readings are Ezra 5-6, Zechariah 4-6, and Proverbs 20:8-11. September 25, 2023 Round Two According to tradition, St. Gertrude the Great was told by Our Lord that each time she piously recited the following prayer, it would release 1,000 souls (or a vast number) from their suffering in purgatory: Eternal Father, I offer You the most precious blood of thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal Church, for those in my own home, and in my family. An important episode about morals and God. *_ Proverbs 20: 11- Actions speak louder than words indeed. We do learn about people's hearts through their behavior and actions. *_ Ezra Ch.5 - Temple rebuilding happens because God wanted it to happen through Cyrus and Darius. Everything happens because of God. *_ Zachariah vision - Zerubbabel - Zachariah Ch4: 10.. No day is small. Every effort contributes to the ultimate good. This is very encouraging. The day of small things! We are all *_ Joshua does mean Yeshua / Jesus so that crowning was foreshadowing Jesus' coming as the King of the Heavenly Kingdom. Thank you for your analysis, Fr. Mike. Thanks Fr for Bible readings. Fr. Please pray for myself a girl and all my boys son's, girls daughters. My father a boy, my husband a boy and all our sons and daughters boys and girls. My whole family, members living, deceased, sleeping, resting in peace of God almighty all boys and girls. I remember all men and women while praying for our son's and daughters. That we always should be like how almighty God created and blessed us to be always boys and girls. And never anyone of us should be doing anything which leads us to hells, death, darkness everything and everyone. And We all should be protected, delivered, kept safe and away from all evils, wicked's, bad's, wrong's, hellesh, sinful, enemies, hatfulness, jealousy, rottenness , hells everything's and everyone's with there powers of hells etc.of hells.
