I realized women lie because of my mother, grandmother, several aunts, and my cousin (who might as well be another aunt) raised me. At some point, it became clear that lying wasn't just a family thing but a woman thing, my dad who lives in a different state is the most honest person in my entire family, pretty much straight up said women lie about anything and everything when it suits them, I was 7 at the time.
