The original song has that upbeat and carefree vibe, kind of like a young and dumb teenager. The reimagined version highlights the dark undertones of the lyrics and you can feel the agony in his voice. Also goes to show that Ronnie has been a damn good lyricist his whole career. He definitely has exponentially grown as an artist over the years. Always enjoy your content, keep doing your thing man!

One of my favorites by Falling in Reverse. He wrote the lyrics while being in prison, fighting to become clean (from heroin I think) and looking at himself in the mirror. I think the woman represents the drug and the temptation coming from it.

Your insight is spot on; the song is about himself. He wrote it in his prison cell, looking into a mirror. The entire first album was written in prison, and what wasn't written about him was written about his old friends in Escape The Fate, who fired him when he went to prison. Raised By Wolves was the first song on the first album, and it's one of my personal favorites.

Royal Blu -a reactor on YT - was one of the cellists in this video. Her reaction video to the reimagined track has lots of BTS info. Sean Rooney, an Irish musician, helped Ronnie with the reimagined/revamped music - with some Beethoven inspiration. SO much talent. FIR just add an E! 🔥

Popular Monster caught my attention. This reimagined version caught my ❤. I haven't looked back since. The girl represents the girl on the album cover for The Drug In Me Is You. The original was written while he was in prison.

I became a reaction video addict during lockdown and discovered Ronnie then. He does seem to get in his own way a lot, but at the same time, he's had difficulty with people not letting things go. If something I did a decade or more ago kept being used against me, i think i would find it difficult to react kindly.
