I lost my mother to cancer two years before you passed (I was 21), and knowing you had a very young child...I can't imagine how hard it must have been for your family! The only "good" thing is that your child will have been too young to realise the gravity of the situation... Thank you Sam, for all the joy you brought us as a failed but deeply sympathetic lawyer in Scrubs, and as a very talented singer with a lovely voice in real life. Hey brother, I feel this deeply. A year later and I didn't realize this news because of how bad 2020 was for me, I grew up watching scrubs, I get the feels every time I hear anything relating to scrubs because of my friend who took his life during 2020, a close friend who he and I both cherished the show scrubs and everything about it. We would eagle and I would spin him in circles and we had so many quirks...
