I've been a fan of Logic Keyboard for years, and this video does a great job showcasing their accessible keyboards. The build quality and options they offer, especially the backlit one, are impressive. And those bump dots tip for F and J keys is a game-changer! Thanks for sharing this, Sam.

So glad I found you!! I am new to this community and I'm about to lose my mind trying to figure out the tech stuff. What about Mouse? Home printer?

My one critique of the blue tooth keyboard is the keys fell off when they were put in backpacks! These were students that weren't rough with them, just needed to bring them between classes.

Thanks for the great info, I'm curious what distinguishes high quality keyboards from normal ones. I love that they have keys that include the Braille, I recently started seeing the value of learning it and having iit built into my daily most used tool sounds like a good way.

the build quality is better, it's made out of higher quality materials, and they usually feel better when you're typing on the keys. It's quieter too.

Hi Sam, my name is also Sam. I am from Louisiana 47 cerebral palsy I have a keyboard now that has a track ball on it, but I have noticed lately. I prefer something with the trackpad built in. I am primarily left-handed and would like something with the trackpad in the center, also large keys so I can see them well or the keyboard must be back lit. I want to get back into working from home call center or customer service to earn money. Any recommendations would help I look forward to your response. Thank you for your videos!

Have you ever tried any mechanical keyboards? You can get them with various types of key switches that affect their tactile feel and loudness. From a quick Google search it looks like there are some large print options as well.

No, I never have. We got my son one for christmas a few years ago, but I've not actually used one before.

great video cheers ,,,, Can you please show more on the BACKLIT keyboard
@theblindlife2 жыл бұрын
there's not much more to show. Everything about it is like a regular keyboard with larger letters except that it lights up. I like it, it's what I use on my computer.

The keyboards look nice, I do wish their was a option to just re-charge the bluetooth keyboards with a charging cable rather than with batteries, I do wonder how long they last before you have to buy new ones. The braille one looks really cool.

If you use rechargeable batteries, recharging them with an external charger, it might be quite a while before you have to buy new ones. there are even "smart" chargers that let you stretch the life of ordinary alkaline batteries. I don't know how that compares to the life of the non-replaceable batteries you charge with a charging cable, though.

Are the Mini Bluetooth Keyboards also backlight like the standard sizes ones.
@theblindlife2 жыл бұрын
unfortunately no. Logitech only has the large fullsize accessble keyboard that is back lit.

I’ve had the large print Bluetooth iOS keyboard for the price the build quality is poor very bendy board the enter key is weird and it’s not nice to type on, it has membrane switches which are just not very high quality. Also surprisingly for a keyboard designed for a mobile device it’s very fragile I’ve lost a few keys and it’s not possible to replace them or refit them.
