Seeing it this way, with the level being played so perfectly, really does show you how fast Sonic has to think while he's moving through these areas. We have the advantage of extra lives to be able to mimic it, but Sonic must be a heck of a fast thinker to blaze through all this in one go.

Thank you Really Appreciate This. I have yet to see anyone before do this. Suprisingly The Jumping Platform Over The Cloudy Abyss Section in Dragon Road looked easier as opposed to the Depth Perception issues of the Original Camera angle. Also I'm really impressed by that Jungle Joyride run.

This fpv mod looks way better than one a tried a few years ago, the controls were asociated with the camera and jumping made the camera spin like it should making it hard to play

When the camera isn't spinning around it actually looks really fun. I can imagine a VR game where you actually have to lean left and right to turn, kinda like Sonic Free Riders but it actually works as intended.

Gonna be totally honest here, I've been kinda longing for a first person camera in Sonic for ages. SRB2 did it pretty much perfectly in the context of that game, and this is damn close to how I envision it to be like. As someone who's familiar with both fast racing games, and Mirror's Edge, this is almost like a dream come true and makes me want to try Unleashed Project just for this kind of experience. Compared to other FPS mods, this has good levels of smoothness while still remaining tethered to Sonic's head. I wonder, can it still be configured with different parameters?

I do think that creatures from Sonic’s world, like the IDW comics, biologically would have a pretty massive field of vision, out of necessity, if nothing else. Their eyes are huge, their extremities are huge. It only feels right at that point. Just a little nerd rant, love the video!

Everyone asking about why and how sonic can think so fast when running and how fast he can thing when running or jumping over obstacles like people say how does he do that or how does he not vomit well the same thing when you do something for so long you can just adapt and do it I mean sonic has had these powers all his life so sonic over his years when he was younger had to learn how to use his powers slowly till he got the hang of it and was able to think quickly about his movements it’s all about habits and training
