As every song in the album, it tells a story from a toxic relationship. In this song or episode, he kills his abusive husband(part of the story of the album is from a gypsy novel from the 12th century), when you can hear here cutting and stabing him, you then here a voice like really scary wich translated it sounds like he sais “my baby, my baby, adios, adios”...if like he was saying goodbye cause he was dying, while the song continues you can hear tha voice for a bit more until you can hear the final stab. That scary sound believe it or not is actually english, from a english song that kanye also used to put in a song, wich says pigs go where the island goes...i think. But its distortioned to sound like what I explained before.
