I don't play rec so I can't speak too heavy on this but I try to be positive and funny when I play with random people online I found out it's never good to argue with somebody online if you need them to perform to your standards I usually see something positive then something negative then something constructively positive to reinforce the behavior I like to see. And that keeps the communication door open for both parties but at the same time you did mention that you hop in the rec not to win games but to troll and make your teammates angry to get a reaction for content which I respect 😂
