(Part 5) Envelope Journal - Stack of Letters : Finishing Up! (not a tutorial)

Part 5 of Stack of Letters Envelope Journal.
Not a tutorial! Just some relaxing chit chatting while finishing up this little project. Nothing intensive today. It's been a long few weeks and I am still recovering from being sick. So this video is a little slower paced than my normal.

2 different sized junk mail envelopes with windows. Mine measured 3 7/8" x 8 1/2" & 3 3/4" x 7 1/2"

I can't wait to see what you think about the glues. I know there was one called reptile glue that was suppose to be equivalent to art glitter glue that I'm thinking if trying. Reptile glue ships during the winter. I live in Indiana as well so... It's important information. Glad to see your back. Looking forward to new videos.

Beautiful finish to a beautiful project. Glad you’re feeling better! I order the YES paste which is somewhat hard to come by and takes a while to ship. Mine arrived ok but I know some people who said theirs arrived dried up. So, an expensive proposition!

Your gooey glue can be thinned with Acetone nail polish remover. Usually the volcano action happens with air but I don't see you shaking it down, which is usually the case. I craft with my glue upside down in a glass. It does get annoying to have to constantly cap glue. You mentioned art glitter glue not delivered in Winter. I've completely lost the name of the acetone-based glue, you are using that I just commented about.. Haha. I'm leery in Fall when it goes on sale because it also has issues in freezing temperatures. I guess I could return it if it's "bad," but I may not think to check it right away if that days errands wipe me out.

In the process of making one now. It's coming along quite well, but i found i didnt make the spine wide enough to bind journaling pages. So i turned the left inside panel into a large sideways slot pocket and will put some journaling sheets in there to try to make up for it. Really bummed about that. My next one will be better. But im ok with it as this is just going to be a pull out tuck insert on the inside cover of a larger journal im working on if that makes sense. Thx for the inspiration!

Well, I just keep Creations like this on my bookshelf with my books. Packaging to sell something like this, I usually just wrap in tissue paper and place in a padded bubble wrap envelope mailer

Both of my at home adult children had Virus' between December and your filing time in this video that became Bronchitis. "Itis" caused by a virus isnt the same thing as a virus. Both of them were put on antibiotics and several other things. My daughter was telemed treated over the phone with the medical university, the only place doing Covid-19 testing at the time. They said she didn't meet the criteria to be tested and was given 2 continuous notes for 2 weeks unpaid leave from work. A week later, her company started all positive testers 2 weeks paid leave. I guess eventually she can have a serum test. They both were more sick than I'd seen them since they were very young. It was like worse than the flu and the cough was amazing in its severity and length if time. Being essential workers and down early may have eased my burden of being unhealthy because we are unemployed and uninsured. I've never heard of no antibiotics for "itis" as that means inflammation and "bronch" of bronchial tissue. Caused by a virus but not a virus. I'm sorry your daughter had to suffer when she should have been given help. All of this Bronchitis between December and February makes me wonder when THE VIRUS really hit the US, since the military games were in the last quarter of 2019 in Wuhan. I just found your channel.
