A quick tip for friends in EU or other countries that charge hefty on import goods , don't buy the black Friday Final pack if you aren't making use of EVERYTHING in it. If you already have over 200 strings, enough bearings etc. It might be cheaper just buying the yoyos excluding the variant. The total cost will be atound 304 USD if you order Logic, Outlier, Deviant, and outlier mini. Whelp, the black friday bundle is 280 USD right? Isn't it better? But after the 30% fee (Single item above 150 euro in EU will be charged for at least 25%). Then the cost will be a bit over 360 USD. Don't get me wrong, the 360 USD instead of 480 USD is still a pretty good deal (Sorry Brandon, the 558 USD worth isn't convincing me after I summed up all the Items single price), but if you are just looking for yoyos, do consider the import fee. Then Again, if you love Brandon and wanna get his T- shirt and aim for a full collection of Offset yoyo. Buy it anyways, just like me.

Nice video. I still remember when I was a child, around 5th grade (I'm an old fart), there was this guy named Barney Acres. He was a "world champion," I think. The things that he could do with a yoyo were magical/unbelievable. Back then, Duncan was the main/only brand to get. All yoyos that Duncan made were roundish. Shortly afterwards, Duncan came out with the butterfly. It kind of changed the game=more tricks.

Thanks for the video. I just clicked your link for the Ascent and I bought it. The Yoyo seemed to be perfect for beginners and you explained that it could be used later on for more intermediate level so perfect. It’s fun that I was about to start into yoyo back in 2018 when I was solving cubes 3x3 4x4, but never did. Now I want to get little serious about this.

Hey man! At your level I'd recommend the Ascent, or if you're feeling adventurous the Ultimate Pack. Both these options cater to the tricks you're doing now, but the yoyos can be modified to learn things like DNA and Godspeed later on. Anything further than that, might be a little advanced, so I'd start with those for now :)

Hi Teodor this will be a long comment but I will divide it into smaller chunks to make it easier to read. This is because it's an explanation that is a bit detailed for a youtube comment. I'll provide a 1-2 sentence explanation followed by a longer more detailed explanation if you'd like more. TLWR/the basics(Too Long Won't Read): This video is just store promotion, look at more videos to get more recomendations. Longer more detailed explanation( already told you be prepared): This is a video that *ultimately promotes his store.* Other yo-yo influencers do the same thing, which is only recommending the ones from *their store*, because that helps increase demand for their products by making it seem like theirs are the best or only one. There are other videos by other youtubers and influencers will serve the same purpose but with different recommendations *depending on what they sell on their site.* If I was able to make a yoyo unique to an individual person, I would but unfortunately I don't think anyone has such magical powers. However, if you're looking to choose the best one for you here is what you wanna do. Part 1. search and reflect 1. Look at a variety of "best for you" guides from a variety of channels: -These give different reccoendations depending on your skill level, what you wanna learn, if you want to compete etc. -At minimum I recommend watching at least 5-10 (preferably a higher number in that minimum range if not more than that) from many different youtubers, and influencers, as well as other online sources as this gives you a wider variety of options to choose from 2. know your factors: -What are you looking for in buying Yo-Yo? These help you decide something that suits you -Some examples of factors: >Level and playstyle: Are you starting out, are you intermediate, are you advanced, what tricks do you want to learn, do you wanna compete, >Budget: how much are you willing to pay for a yoyo, are there other things that are more important than that yoyo >Location and living situation: Do you live near a physical place that sells more modern yoyos and allows you to try them out and see what they are like, do you live in a location where online stores can ship to you, if so which ones can do so, do you live with someone, and in that case do you wanna keep this hobby to yourself because that may mean you keep the package discreet. -All of these and more help you evaluate which yoyo from which store is best for you. some factors are more important than others, the more important ones are "main factors" the others that serve as bonuses, would be "secondary factors" the factors that would be nice but you could care less about would be "meanial/tertiary factors" Part 2: Narrow and evaluate 3. Does it Hit it Round: -make a list of the all yoyos compared from all the stores, to all of your factors -In this round you're just looking for "does it have the main factor." Yes=point no=no point the more main factors that yoyo hits, the more likely it will work best for you. The ones with the most points goes to step 4 4 . Evaluate the ones left: -out of those choices, work out how well do they fit those main factors and how well do they fit the secondaries factors ones that fit the best you keep on your list 5. The big one: -once you have narrowed it down to just a few, (maybe 2 or 3) this is the time -take once last look at the yo-yos and look at what you want, and make a final decision -decide the one you feel is best for you, as at this point your choices fit your main factors well and hit the secondary factors very well. You can decide based on menial factors, -buy the one you want and go forth -remember you don't have to always buy from the same store, if you want something different get it Have fun with your new yo-yo
