Random tip: Whistle sprinting is actually slower than just regular running, so for speedruns you should alternate between them.

That's because they didn't do any fast plateau strats, and it took them 30 minutes. Getting bread is definitely faster than beating the game.

Vasoconstriction is a symptom when your body starts to get cold as a defense mechanism, it take’s place when your blood vessels narrow to reduce blood flow near the body’s surface. Sometimes the blood vessels dilate and burst, which causes redness. Btw loving your channel, keep up the good work!
