YOOOOOOO WHAT EXPRESSVPN LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOO DUDE Amazing work dude, everything always impresses. I loved the moment where Gordon quickly draws his weapon and shoots at the thug near the end. That sequence was super intense and well done. Excited to see more!!!

Wow, that was great! Animation, voice acting, and writing great as always, and I like the smaller scale, character driven narrative, as well as the mature themes like corruption, alcoholism, and the effects of having one's work drive them. The shootout was dramatic and well done as well, and actually felt sort of tense. Did I see that you got a composer for this? Also, congrats on the sponsorship!

Thank you so much! I loved getting to focus soley on Jim's character, developing and adding layers to what was just a side character for so long. Yes, my good friend Caleb composed the music for this video! Thank you again!

Man. this has to be in my top 3 favorite Superhero stop motions! the lighting, the story, the writing, the cinematography, all fantastic! 10/10. the only problem with it is that it ended.

*Damn* was that beautiful. It's so awesome to see proper respect given to Jim Gordon, possibly the single most human character in the Batman mythos, a man with no powers or money or crazy gimmicks who nonetheless singlehandedly reformed the police of Gotham. This was wonderful to watch. Bravo.

That came out so well, Austin! I’ll definitely write more of these tinier character pieces. When Gordon got clipped, the shock and disorientation came across vividly. Loved seeing him chow down at the end. Caleb’s score fit right in. Will definitely watch this every Thanksgiving!

I absolutely loved it! Script, animation, lightning, voice acting are all perfect, 10/10. Approaching serious themes like corruption and alcoholism were great too. That shooting scene at the end was really tense as well! Amazing job as always!

I was really surprised to see another Batman episode, although it's more of a little side story, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. And uh fun fact, I recently re watched the series just for fun, and while I was watching episode 7, this released. What a coincidence. Alright, review time! The animation was great as always, a bit quick in some parts, but it's alright. The lighting at the crime scene and at the bar was amazing, really liked it. The sets were really nice and the rain effect was pretty good, though I think it started a bit suddenly, it's not a big problem, but just wanted to address that. The story was really good, I must say. I like how you decided to focus on one of the characters and give them some depth. The shootout scene was pretty tense and it was well executed. Also, congrats on the sponsorship, man. Really proud of you. Anyways, great episode! Can't wait for episode 8!

I am a bit late haha but in complete seriousness this was amazing! Loved that you centered the whole story on Gordon instead of Batman, makes these type of characters in your series way more natural and relatable in some aspects. As usual, spectacular animation and lighting; you always know the dialogue is going to be good when Coulter Rail is writing. Overall splendid job dude, never fail to impress

Definetly one of your sloppier works. The animation seems choppy and lazy. As if you recognized the issues with it but then just thought, "ah whatever". I'd also say that the dialogue comes out really cheesy at times. All in all, still very enjoyable for what it is. And if only real cops were like that haha
@thebrickranger3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I appreciate your honesty. I would have to disagree though. While I do think I could have had more animation to help the dialogue flow and pace out better, I never continued onto the next shot until I was happy with it. Hope the next one doens't disappoint!
