My crew and I are primarily PvErs. That’s how’s we make most of our money. But we will absolutely fight and not cry because someone doesn’t want to be in an alliance. The fact that ELEVEN people couldn’t take down TWO guys is ridiculous. Yes, y’all are quite skilled (as someone who strives in naval combat not CQC) but it blows me away they couldn’t take y’all despite outnumbering you 5-1. Question: how do others find each other like this in SoT? I find every time that I go on that there is no one for miles, or I get ambushed and destroyed so quickly I can't learn anything from it bc my brain simply doesn't go fast enough. Can anyone offer some tips for getting good experience in PvP? Any help appreciated

the thing that helped me is hourglass and reaper flag, with the reaper flag you have to learn to be alert every second since someone can just pull up without you knowing, hourglass helped me learn how to manage my ship and how to board. it can also help you learn how to fight in a 1v1 and when you sink you can learn from what you did wrong and what you can improve on. also I usually find the other player ships when going to world events and that 0 world events means that the server might be empty. (fort of fortune a lot of the time has the whole server there so maybe that also helps)
