Before leaving Kuala Lumpur, we wanted to check out Batu Caves. This place is actually a Hindu temple and is one of the biggest hindu shrines outside of India.
What makes this place unique, is the colourful staircase. This staircase is probably the biggest reason as to why Batu Caves is a popular tourist attraction. There are 272 steps from the bottom to the top of the staircase but along the way you are greeted by friendly monkeys and picturesque views of Kuala Lumpur.
We also wanted to complete our mission of finding and tasting one of Kuala Lumpurs famous burgers, the Ramly Burger. We struggled to find it in our previous video and we do not want to leave Kuala Lumpur without tasting it.

Ramly Burger available nationwide in Malaysia, it is the brand for the patty, every stalls have their own recipe based on that patty. U will find it in Penang also but of course people don't go to Penang for Ramly Burger as Penang is the food capital of Malaysia, u will find more choice. My fav is Mee Sotong Hameed Patta. Nasi Kandar is a must in Penang, so do Char Kueh Tiaw

You still can get Ramly burger all over Malaysia, i had a friend from Germany who travel all over Malaysia and every time he get to new state he will get Ramly burger, he said "i will never taste this burger again once i go back to my country,so i will eat as much Ramly burger as i can while I'm still in Malaysia".

Your video on Batu caves made me nostalgic ... those stairs weren't painted (when I visited about a decade back). They were just plain old gray colored stones. You guys are quite fit ... I had to take 5 min breaks at least 4-5 times before I reached the top. But it was worth it. Enjoying your vlogs ... ❤from 🇮🇳

another interesting thing about Ramly burger stalls, is that it is 24hr food. lots of people who hang out late on weekends.. or people who work the night shift look for it.. which is why, you can usually find a ramly burger stall in front of the 24hr 7-11s.

It has been a long time since i was at the Batu Caves..... probably more that 15 years ago...... And The Bukit Bintang area / Jalan Alor .... Lotsa of street food .... Yummy!... Going up the batu stairs was a breeze compared to coming back down. My vertigo kicked in and it took me nearly 45min min to get to the bottom. I'm glad I did once.
