Pro tip for spicy curries: In addition to eating them with yogurt, you can ask restaurant staff for a lemon wedge, which they often provide at no extra cost. Squeezing the lemon into the curry before eating not only reduces the spiciness but also enhances the overall flavor. This is a common practice at our home for enjoying spicy curries.

When you eat rice, take some rice in plate, add some curry (rice curry is different from that of roti curry, hotel person can say you which is rice curry) mix it with spoon or hand and eat it. With a spoon of mixed rice add little vegetable fry to it. If curry is spicy mix little amount with rice. After indian food a glass of Lassi or buttermilk, or curd is best, as these all have more amount of probiotics.

You should visit Rajasthan if you have interests for fort..it is biggest state of India as well as the home to most numbers of forts in India. And there's a lot about Rajasthan i can't explain in this single comment.. Beautiful flaura like desert as well as aravalli hill ranges which separate whole Rajasthan in two parts..west and east.. Western part is desert whereas eastern part is somehow green.. because of the rain it recieves because of hills..but the scenes from those hills are amazing..it also effect the fauna in both sides..so you would find a lot of lakes in eastern part. In eastern part you would find national reserves for tigers and birds. By the way I am also from Rajasthan.😀 My recommendation for you to go to "Udaipur" in Rajasthan. Ok my friends, I will follow you on Facebook.. So lovely to meet you in Rajasthan, India, which is one of the biggest cities in India. I hope you loved Rajasthani foods. All the foods are so nice in India and they are cheap too comparing with Sri Lankan foods . I also had delicious Indian foods when I came to visit my relatives in South India near city Kerala

Does Radical Terrorist Islamic Law consider Muslim and Non Muslim Equal.... Ans. Is Certainly Not... Flithy Islamic Teaching..... Does Islam allow this??? Read your Quraan and then say what is written about NonMuslim in Quraan... Don't Lie. Islam must be boycott from Whole World.... And Islamic Individuals should be kicked out from Secular Nations....

They don’t actually reuse the Kulhad (Clay cup) for tea. It would be a lot more trouble for them to wash and reuse them since they are fragile. Its easier for the vendor to just recycle them since those are super cheap.

Raita is not a dessert. It is used as cooling down the spiciness in Indian food. Papad is a side dish that is required to be eaten in between food bites. FYI
