It was about time that I (Dan) got a haircut. We are currently located in Mumbai, India, and found a barber shop right next to our hotel. So headed to the barber shop for a true Mumbai haircut.
I dit not know what to expect of this haircut as the guy cutting my hair could not speak English at all, therefore I had to improvise and use a picture of Justin Timberlake as an example of how he should cut my hair.
Lets hope I look like Justin Timberlake at the end of my indian haircut.

Grear haircut. I am Indian.. living overseas.. honestly.. I struggle to find good barbers overseas..but always when in India, i always have a cut cause barbers in India are the best. They are humble and genuine .. they know what they do and exactly do the way you want. 3 👍

Im a German Guy. When i see this Video i was really impressed because i never seen a Clean haircut like this! He Shows the Photo and the Barber deliverd! In Germany we have a lot of arabic "Barber" but they only can do 3 or 4 haircuts. Most of the Time it looks bad. I think we must change the arabic Barber into indian barber! ^^

Some Indian barbers are so skilled , they aren't formally trained and are mostly from poor backgrounds , they learn from other barbers only while working with them. Even if he didn't understand how u want ur beard , he knows what is perfect.

Most barbers in India are part of family tradition. It is literally in their blood. I pay a good haircut and shave to a barber in India which is half of what I "have to" tip a salon in the USA.

but the barber basically looted him , it isnt that much for a guy's haircut and beard trim combined, for girls ,yes it can reach upto more than that but not for guys , even in salons they dont charge 200 for men's haircut and beard and considering it was a local shop with no blowdrying and shampooing etc it shouldnt exceed 70-80 for haircut and 50 for beard ,most of the locals give beard trim complimentary with haircut but anyway I think it was a foreigner price , which is really rude considering that they arent aware of indian pricing etc

In India, most of the barbers are amazing they also provide massage for free. It's so difficult to find good barbers out of india, plus charges for everything. They do not provide message even if u pay. By the way, nice haircut.

Don't know about overseas saloon and their charges, but in India no matter what language you speak, just show them something you want and there you have it under 2 dollars. And not just younger generations, here in India men are conscious about hair styling for generations mate. 👍👍👍

Hair cutting charges are high in Mumbai. In my area, it takes Rs.50 for hair cutting and Rs.30 for getting beard done.. the hair cutters here are also very talented.. makes all kinds of hairstyles.. 😊😊
