ময়মনসিংহের ভালুকায় কয়েকটি প্রকল্পে বড় বিনিয়োগ করছে বেস্ট হোল্ডিংস লিঃ। সাড়ে ৩ হাজার কোটি টাকা বিনিয়োগে নির্মাণ হচ্ছে ৫ তারকা হোটেল মেরিয়ট ভালুকা, লাক্সারি কালেকশনের রিসোর্ট ও লাক্সারি ভিলা। সেই সঙ্গে নির্মাণ চলছে বৃটিশ ঐতিহ্যবাহী স্কুল হেলিবেরি। স্কুলটির নাম দেয়া হয়েছে হেলিবেরি ভালুকা। মোট ৮৪০ একরের মধ্যে তৈরি হচ্ছে বেসরকারি অর্থনৈতিক অঞ্চলও। সব প্রকল্পের কাজ শেষ হলে এলাকাটি বিলাসবহুল রূপ পাবে।
