পদবি, অবস্থান, দক্ষতা ও পারিপার্শ্বিক অবস্থা বিবেচনায় ১০টি গ্রেডে ভাগ করা হয় টেক্সটাইল শিল্প খাত শ্রমিকদের। এই শ্রেণিবিন্যাস অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করা হয় ন্যূনতম মজুরি। এই খাতে সর্বনিম্ন ১০ হাজার টাকা মজুরি নির্ধারণ করলো সরকার।
