MJ was truly a masterful composer and he didn't even need to play instruments to create arrangements. He used his own freaking vocals. If that ain't genius, I don't know what is. Truly under rated composer. Everyone says the "books" that "imagine" is a masterpiece. I think "Earth Song" is truly a masterpiece with a worldwide THEME of planet earth that everyone can appreciate.

When Michael recorded this and sang it, he insisted all the lights be turned off in the studio. When he sang the chorus, the people in the room said the ground literately felt look it shook, like the studio and the ground was shaking by the vibration of his voice. So beautiful.
