Marketing Data Analyst: Similar to a marketing analyst, but with a stronger focus on data analysis skills. They use complex tools and techniques to extract insights from marketing data. Example: A marketing data analyst might build a model to predict which customers are most likely to respond to a new email campaign. Data Analyst (general): A broader role that analyzes data across various departments, not just marketing. They could work in finance, human resources, or operations. Example: A data analyst in a retail store might analyze sales data to identify which products are selling well together. Business Analyst: Analyzes data and business processes to identify areas for improvement. They might recommend changes to workflows, software, or even the overall business strategy. Example: A business analyst might analyze customer support data and identify that a lot of calls are about a confusing product feature. They'd recommend redesigning the feature for better usability. Thanks! I need this. I was a market research analyst in a small consulting business, and i resigned after some years. i was on an interview for a new company when i found out that what i've been doing wasn't exactly what a market research analyst really do at all. I found out from the interviewer what a market research analyst actually does and some variety in tasks. So basically i have the years with such title but not the actual experience of being a "market research analyst" 😭
