What an awesome interview Carlos! Both parts gave me new insight on Joseline and taught me a thing or two. I've been interviewing for jobs and after watching pt. 1, I got the message from Joseline to be bold and that I have value and you'll have to pay appropriately for my time. During salary negotiations, I came boldly and they accepted the terms! I promise you I would've been afraid to ask or speak up but what she said in the interview stirred up something in me. Thank you for that Joseline. Being bold and true to self is a message we can all embrace.

Yes. I didn't know she turned it down. Now I do because the women were too old. 😂

Damn, I didn't think I would be this inspired watching this. I now view what in the past seemed like delusion through the lens of faith and belief. This woman stands by her vision despite how it comes off; she trusts and believes in herself...Much respect!

Best interviews NeNe and Joseline. Never afraid to speak their minds despite the nay sayers. THANK U CARLOS

This was a great interview. She is smart and business savvy. Other outlets haven’t conveyed that about her.

I love that she doesn’t settle due to money. If it isn’t what she wants to do regardless of the money she ain’t doing it!

When you're a business woman, you understand the Literal meaning of everything that glitters isn't gold. Don't ever think that because you see something that seems bigger that there's more money in it, not always so. Joseline truly marches to the beat of her own drumjust as I do. It's the fullest way to live.

This was an amazing interview! This just helps remind us why we fell in love with Joseline in the first place. She and her baby hairs are just a fun, delusional, trashy good time.

It’s NO way you finished this interview already to come and say that it’s only been uploaded 5 minutes 😂😂

Honestly, this was a good interview and made me look at Joseline, slightly different. Does anyone know if she and Ballistic are legally married and does he have children?
