Greetings, I love your videos because as a child my parents had a trailer and would hit the road every summer. I’m talking the late 60’s early 70’s so we stopped at EVERY roadside attraction. Now I’m a New Yorker and loved this segment. I just think you should come back and have a real New Yorker show you the gems of the city we love.❤️ After the quarantine of course.😁. David Storey

Thanks so very much for sharing this video with us all , it brought back memories of a better time , what I mean is , I grew up in Brooklyn ny in the early 60s and moved away in 2002 shortly after 9/11 , but what I wanted to say was, everywhere you went to I've been to if not once a dozen or more times , it was a great trip down memory lane for me , some things have changed since I left but for the most part it's still the same , I'm very happy you and you're family enjoyed yourselves in my former home town and I have to also say I enjoy all the video's that I've seen so far that you posted on KZbin, thanks again and keep on truck'n around America 🍻 👍 .

From Wikipedia: A statue of Balto, sculpted by Frederick Roth, was erected in New York City's Central Park on December 17, 1925, ten months after Balto's arrival in Nome. Balto himself was present for the monument's unveiling. Didn't realize the statue itself was so old, and Balto was there too! Cool

Who knows how long it's going to be before things are even remotely normal again. The look-back videos are appreciated. By the way... the guy in the pot at 12:36 i've seen before. Back in the day there was a horror themed restaurant / bar in downtown Chicago called The Jekyll & Hyde club & there were talking animatronics all over that would talk to you while you ate. This was one of them! I think there's still a Jekyll & Hyde club somewhere in NY.

Chance Vlogs New York would definitely stress you out. The city is very packed. New Yorkers can be pretty rude it’s not as nice and peaceful as people say.
@Kanewdle4 жыл бұрын
k um what? First off it depends on where you go here and the time you go. Dont only go to stay in in Manhattan. Go to Brooklyn and Queens. Stay in Belle Harbor, Queens it's quite and one train ride to the Manhattan. I've lived here all my life and even in Manhattan has the quiet spots. It all just depends on the time one come here.
@ChanceTalksBusiness4 жыл бұрын
@@katty4565 I live in Nashville, which is a bigger city in the south, but nothing like NYC! No offense, I can tell from the amount of northerners moving here that it is a totally different culture here and there. Not that it is bad, just a different speed.
@katty45654 жыл бұрын
Keanu Donovan queens is not quiet well depends on the place in queens. Plus Manhattan is different Times Square is packed I go there every week to port authority. People push they will yell at you. Tourists just stand in one place in the middle of the sidewalk it’s annoying.

You see gum on the street, leave it there. It's not free candy. There are, like, thirty Ray's Pizzas. They all claim to be the original, but the real one is on 11th. If you see a sign that says "Peep Show," that doesn't mean that they're letting you look at presents before Christmas.
