Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup:
Ingredients:
1 Onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, peeled and diced
32 oz Chicken Broth (homemade is the best!)
1-2 cups of Water ) to make sure everything's covered, you may need to add more.
salt and pepper
olive oil
herbs of your choice ( I use fresh rosemary and thyme)
about 2-3 cups of shredded chicken
1/2 pound (or about half of a box) of spaghetti broken in thirds ( you can always add the whole box for more thick and "stew" like soup.
Saute your onion, carrots and celery in olive oil for about ten minutes our until vegetables are just barely tender. Season as you go, so add salt and pepper. Add your garlic and saute for about a minute. Add your broth and water and simmer on low for about twenty minutes to intensify the flavors. Then add the chicken and noodles and fresh flat leaf parsley. Let simmer for about ten more minutes. Yum!

🍁🍂🎃 Hello Bekah! I totally loved this video. It's dark & cloudy, outside, and only 52 degrees. Paul, Josiah and my nephew are at work so I have the whole house to myself. A wonderful Autumn day. That Halo hair dryer looks so cool. Wish I had as much hair as I had in high school. I was gonna make teriyaki chicken for dinner, tonight, but instead I'm gonna make your chicken soup. It's so perfect for today's weather. When Josiah was little, it was a battle to get him to eat onions and garlic. Now, he eats it with almost everything. Hi Jennifer! I wish I knew more about the nail polish as far as brand goes....I get them done at a nail salon, I do know that it's dip powder with tips with black polish with a matte finish. ...skinny almond shape with point :)
