So the guy I bought my property from never filed the lien release after I paid him, 30 years ago, now I cant find him and I need to quiet the title so I can sell it, so would the statue of limitations be applied here and how would I do that with out paying an attorney 4grand?

My father passed away and I have two brothers and one sister my oldest brother hasn’t been around since I’ve been born my father passed away June 15th been trying to reach out to my oldest brother but haven’t seen him in the oldest besides him so what should I do

Know of a law firm in texas? Was forced out Oct 2018, (after I had filed at top of 2018 a conveyance to my family trust ) whereby the sub trustee, freaked and conveyed a special warranty deed 'as-is' to third party, ushered it before a jp court (colluding w trustee law firm ) and granted the foreclosure and possession to third party and basically thru me out at a surprise bashing in the door. Very horrific experience needless to say.

Been here 40yrs and using the little bit of property on dead end road there property runs jointly with mine a triangle maybe 40x 30 piese not much I have been using have Used it since I moved in 40yrs ago last 2 new I used this property new neighbors bought house about 5yrs ago under foreclosed just like front of house fence is not on property line been using it for 40yrs for parking and maintances in frount of house they dont use it or maintain it they are aware of this and don't care do i have legal rights to this
