Grooming is a behavior of a PDF File. POINT BLANK PERIOD. It's bad and there is no way to sugar coat that. It IS ILLEGAL but our laws don't go after the behavior patterns only after the act once in court we can look back on that. So Groomers are able to use this behavior to get close and bide their time while they ply their victim for the act. Once they do go through with it, all bets are off and the grooming behavior isn't even a issue when the deed has already been done. There needs to be a method to find predators like this through actions of their close proximity to children before the act and put them behind bars but again, if they haven't done anything we cannot convict so there truly needs to be laws for actions that lead to predatory acts dealing with minors. I mean we haven't even gotten the "black book" that will tell us all the predators all throughout the world who are part of the pedo trafficking ring that Epstein was "ctrl alt del" for.
