How To Fix Spotify "Can’t Play This Right Now" Error [Proven Solutions]

Found this answer in another video, selecting a different output device in sound mixer options for Spotify inside Windows settings worked. Check each option, sometimes you might need to close Spotify. Choose something, restart Spotify, check if it works, if not then select another and repeat until it works. Unsure why the old option doesn't work anymore.

Another solution is that I had set the Audio quality in sound settings to Max and I restored defaults and now it's working. I'm just saying maybe it helps

we only get this message during a time at our buidling when there is an influx of people using the wifi. Otherwise it works fine. It only doesn't work during a window of about 2 hours.

@@alexjune6414 if it is not connected to my pc, it will deleted or disconnected. Less problems with other devices that are standard installed. It rules out any conflicts by doing that.

It be nice if "pc" was in the title (yes, it's in description) but I'm having this problem on the xfinity 💪 flex Spotify app box... Only things I can try would be to log out/in and restarts.. Which are done daily automatically and power cycled when it occasionally locks up... Video could have been shorter just by putting up a clip of the IT CROWD asking "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" GREAT show! But how do I get the 10 minutes of my life back, I wasted watching this video?
