I was literally told from a child protection officer that you shouldn't believe what your kids tell you meaning if your children come and tell you something bad you've not to believe it I've even got her recorded saying it

they did this to me and killed my daughter then tried to take my son after they killed her. All because I said I thought they had harmed my daughter (I was right). They said I didnt trust medical professionals and tried to take my son while we were grieving and they wrote on my daughters post mortem that I harmed my daughter when I didnt. Theyre now trying to frame me with a crime of stalking because I caught all of them on recording

My heart is Breaking for Kevin and his children, my sons situation has not reach this level but i have witnessed first hand how gwent child services have dismissed his concerns regarding his daughter and always sided with the mother and her abusive drug selling boyfriend, it really is like banging your head against a brick wall, i so hope Kevin gets some sort of justice and gains care of his children soon, Good luck and keep fighting

Those solicitors knew the score. Especially the one who had been struck off. If you’re looking for solicitor to rep you in a family court case you need a solicitor who specialises in family law. This poor guy has been duped.

Me and my misses are going through an arbitration order to be put in place to protect her and the kids from a lunatic sex offender ex. And absolute litany of mistakes cock ups and malpractice from probation services. Know I can see first hand how there's so many stalking case end in fatalities 😢 Heart goes out to this guy.

The corruption is rife regarding "child care" seevices. I was an Irish mother who suffered medical negligence and my kids were wrongfully removed from me. I went all the way to the Supreme ct without progress. Today I am denied all contact with them. Like this man I used my life savings to fight them. Judges are terrified of making any judgements against govt services. Its a heartbreaking experience and fact that hearings are not held in public compounds the corruption. X

@@wednesday9623 It's illegal to deny parents access but they can claim that kids don't want it and thereby use the "children first" argument. Parents rights are on the floor now.

This is destroying him, please don’t let them ruin you, that’s what they want, I know the torment in your mind is horrendous and painful, but get yourself strong and back on track. There was another case in Wales where an MP got involved because the social workers had lied. It was on Facebook. So hes right. This goes on more than we realise. The advice i give to people , after having many dealings with social services over the years is to record everything. Don't tell them you're recording because they will say its not allowed. But do it so you have evidence. There are children that do get taken because they are at risk. Mine were because i put my own drug use above them. But you dont see that until you are clean. Even though it killls me inside i know why my daughter was adopted. When i had my son i did everything to turn everything around. Even though he had 2 family members to go, upstanding people they tried everything to get him adopted. Making stuff up against them. So we all fought for him and he stayed. They bought a sw in to do reports on them. And it was negative for both families and said it would be best for him to be adopted. But because of how we fought they bought the same one in to change it. How can someone change their opinion? But he was told to. It was crazy. Thankfully it didn't work out how they wanted. They had a narrative that they were trying to fit to. Positives that he tried to turn to negative. Ex they had a caravan by the sea. Somewhere he could go all the time to. A really good thing. But he said they might not come back to take him to nursery. Madness

They are all corrupt, and when they take children into care they get paid bonuses, or they are part of the abuse rings that are in this country. You have to start doing some research

I have a story of failure by children’s services from 1988 I had a very cohesive social worker has mentally scared me for life and when I went to report it Nothing we can do it’s been too long!!!😢😢Oh and Now!! And narcissists that think it’s ok because the family thinks there posh and so it’s alright to continually purger themselves and think there going too keep getting away with telling lies.. I’m not going to loose my children because of lies and coursing again by the MIL training the ex step daughter!! Accusations of all kinds of abuse supposedly reported too the police, I got my NPC from the police and there’s no mention of it on my record!! In fact I was never approach by the police only found out in court documents after the fact..Proof is renamed KARMA.

When it comes to children being protected I wouldnt call it offensive at all .if anything I'd say its educational especially for people in the same situation . I hope others share this and hopefully someone can help him .

@@tilldeathdouspartharmonytr9829 I’ve been through it as well and my children were confined to a hospital bed in on oxygen machines with 24/7 security. If I tried to take them they would possibly die and I would definitely have an international arrest warrant. Most parents I talk to their kids get kidnapped from school etc.
