Sometimes I forget that Dj's are actually huge techies
@l_ello8 жыл бұрын
+FuzionLLF It's because DJ's are not really DJ's, they are producers :)
@FuzionLLF8 жыл бұрын
***** "The Chainsmokers have become the hottest young American EDM DJ duo." This came straight from their website so yeah they consider themselves as DJs too. You can't just label them as one thing :)
@hacktivator79068 жыл бұрын
There are 2 parts. There is the song maker - also known as a producer. The other part is a Dj, which is the one on the stage that plays music (doesn't have to be a track he essentially made) and goes smoothly (or not so smooth if you are a beginner/shitty dj). They are both.
@Dregoprod8 жыл бұрын
they produce music and they DJ at shows so they are both
@portfoliocollection80728 жыл бұрын
@FuzionLLF4 because you sir is the next generation einstein. since they produce edm music generally in music industry they are called DJ. but in straight cut form they are producers who produce their own music and perform these in stage or wherever as DJ. on the other hand there are lots of DJs out there whos just button pusher and plays others music. so you make the comparison and pick whos superior .

@Chika_Lilac8 жыл бұрын
Keep messing around with FL studio JTC. It's a lot of fun. I'm new too I just started 4 months ago. At first I was really lost but now I'm somewhat established with my workflow. My tip would be to really try to complete a song. By complete it doesn't have to be long. My first track was only a 1:20 long and it was really bad. But because I thought of it as being complete I was able to move along. Now My track range from 2 to 3 minutes.
@cmd331948 жыл бұрын
Tom Kark how do you know it's bought and not cracked???

You look at the name the program is registered to. If it's registered to something like "team air" or "team" anything it's probably cracked.

Lol thats so true. Hip hop producers are the worst for it, they'll spend 5 minutes finding their own "signature" 808 sounds with a few native plugins and act like its the backbone of their career, when in reality it's just quite amateur stuff they were too lazy to learn.

Music theory helps a lot when you composing
@Feathertail22058 жыл бұрын
Sounds like you only really need two things then: software knowledge and creativity. But music theory helps you compose much faster and you know more of what you're doing when writing a song.

I am not really good at making these sounds or beats, but I LOVE seeing how they are made so I enjoyed this video a lot.
