Melissa I needed a relaxing night after a horrible week of a step grandson age 22 with 3 beautiful children being M*rdered on Monday night 10:45pm... ff to Wednesday morning 2nd mammogram results are to have a biopsy on the 3rd of July... ff to Friday being the 4th anniversary of my dad's passing from lung cancer... I purchased from TEMU an ashtray that sucks the smoke into it. It works pretty well. It doesn’t get all the smoke, but like I said, it really helps. Love the bottles, Dollar Tree sells labels that you can write on. If that’s something you would want for the mouthwash bottle. 🦋

The ashtray gel packets look essentially the same as the absorbent crystals that are inside nappies (diapers) so you could get a cheap pack and cut them open to get the crystals out into a jar, then just use any container you want as an ash tray

You should try some herbal teas. The yogi brand has been my favorite brand so far. But there usually caffiene free but i usually drink a cold coffee as well. I like my coffee cold but my tea hot lol

For your smoker friends, use the throw away water bottles. Fill them about 1/3 of the way. They drop the cigarette in and it's out out completely. Screw the lid on and throw it away
