Loved the vid but don’t just say that we don’t care about the easy stuff because a true fan would support you guys no matter what you do and say. I do gymnastics and I am still on my front handspring so I find it awesome how much you guys are still able to do after 4 years off of the gymnastics training. I have been here for you guys for about 2 1/2 years and loved gymnastics for about 7 years so you can be sure I will be here for you and your content.

I have been trying to get my backhand spring for a long time but I have a mental block. I used to be able to do it on floor but I can’t anymore.

Do it with a coach spot. You can 100% trust them. (Maybe try on tramp or into foam pit first)

i learned a front handspring over the summer and i was super scared but my friends were like you're good you have all the skills to do it. I try 4 times then try again. Some little girls were watching me. Then I landed it! Finally! Then my friend joked see you in the olympics lol. I want to learn an aerial but I am not on a gymnastics team Ive been practicing handstands since March, before I couldn't even do a handstand against the wall.

You don't get old doing gymnastics. Chelsie Memmel, who is former Olympic gymnast has picked up gymnastics and competed at the highest level in US championships. Even when she failed she will continue her journey and we will probably see her in some competition later. I encourage you to start gymnastics to keep yourselves in shape whatever level you got to when ou finished.

I think it would be interesting if you did an adult gymnastics challenge where you try to get a skill that you never really got back when you were training and competing. And maybe also choose a skill to talk about that you wish you could get but would never happen. (ie: elite level tumbling pass)
