According to the life science of Ayurveda, vata is the biological force of nature that relates to air and space. When we have too much vata in our system, we are prone to anxiety, restlessness, distraction, and insomnia. In this session, we will focus on creating steadiness in the body through grounded postures and steadiness in the mind through balanced breathing. We’ll slow down our movement and slow down our breath so that we slow down our thoughts and return back to the present moment.
