How long can a traffic stop last? Can officers "prolong" a stop and order a drug dog? Also, can police officers baptize you in lieu of a ticket?

Exactly. It's classic projection. Ever notice that as soon as you know your rights and the law, suddenly you're a "sovereign citizen?" It's just a way of shaming you into compliance and back into submission. They don't want anyone becoming stronger and standing up to them because they fear everyone waking up to their tyranny. That would mean everyone would rebel and they can't lose their power.

The drivers for a trucking company that I used to work for often complained of being held on the side of the road for 30 minutes or more. This would be after the LEO has had his interaction with them at the cab of their vehicle. It is important to note these were CDL drivers pulling oversized loads with permits issued to do so. They would be held by the LEO until the time expired on the load permit and would then be cited for operating without a permit.

Oh and my aunt who was a high ranking prison administrator in a diff state was pulled over late one night in Tennessee (I think but it might have been Kentucky) and the solo officer tried to get her to go to the woods with him. She got serial killer vibes from him. He manhandle her pretty badly and she politely kept name dropping all the people she knew in government to try to get him to stop pulling her toward the woods. He finally recognized a name or two and she was now saying that if she disappeared they would NEVER stop looking for her…So he bundled her back into her car and he took off. He had no ID on but she’s clever and got info off his car…she did call in her friends and they slowly ruined his career without him ever connecting it to her…he is/or was in prison for a while after they investigated him for some of these type of complaints and he still doesn’t know it was her. Eff those serial killer types!

Psychopaths and sociopaths are common in law enforcement. Why? Because they can lie with no conscience and pass polygraphs and background investigations. They hide behind the badge which only enables them to further their criminal behavior. I know...I once had a supervisor that was one. He also was fired from another agency before joining mine (and then eventually getting fired again). If you are in any workplace that has a sociopath or psychopath steer very clear of them. Any disagreeing with them will put you on their stalker list where they will form a severe obsession with ruining your life by any means possible.

You'd be surprised how many people don't know they work with, or even live with, a psychopath. psychopaths are very good at getting where they want to be in life, and very good at hiding their sadistic tendencies, but every now 'n' then you get a psychopath that grows way too bold and they get caught.

I've honestly never seen a drug dog not alert on a vehicle. Oklahoma pigs pulled up on me at a truck stop for no reason and ran a K9 around my 18 wheeler bc I refused to allow them to search my truck. They claimed the dog alerted and spent the next 30 minutes searching my truck. When they didn't find anything, they had the nerve to ask me "why I didn't just give them permission to search my truck if I didn't have anything" to which I said because it's my right not to have you illegally searching my vehicle (which also happens to be my home) without reasonable suspicion or probable cause. By the time it was all said and done there were at least 7 or 8 officers plus a K9 and 6 patrol units on scene for over an hour and they acted like I was the asshole for wasting their time. They'll never understand why the public hates cops.

I've had my civil rights TRAMPLED on soooo many times in my life... about 4-5 years ago all the cops in my very small neighborhood/surrounding areas (state troopers) decided I was worth messing with constantly... THey would pull me over and claim they smell weed, even though I didn't and still don't, smoke weed, just to tear my car apart and threaten me with arrest for any reason... One time I drove by 2 of them sitting there chatting on in a parking area, they spotted me and both came after me, said they pulled me over for a loud exhaust... That turned into 1.5 hours on the side of the road, me out in the ditch watching them rip my van apart.. They even broke my dash... I saw 1 of the guys that seemed to enjoy messing with me the most at a road block helping the boarder patrol one time, when he noticed it was me he comes walking up all tough and starts messing with me like it was just him and his buddies, looking at me with crazy eyes like he wants to fight or something.. The boarder patrol guy stepped in and said I was free to go... This shit happened for a long time, I tried to file complaints and got bullied out of the police station. One time a detective, or whatever they came themselves in the state troopers, came up and started grabbing me and trying to push me out of the door because I didn't immediately tell him my name, I pulled my cell phone out and started recording, he stopped right away and played dumb like he never did anything to me and was super polite about it... Of course I didn't catch him doing anything to me, just the other crap... If I knew then what I know now, they would surely have regretted messing with me the way they did... I ended up becoming a recluse and eventually left my home of 35 years because of it... So that's fun.

Got pulled over a few years ago and held, standing on the sidewalk with my friend and my son at 10:30pm for more than 45 minutes. I was not speeding and had not violated any traffic laws. At first the sheriff's deputy told me, after asking me the same questions over and over in different ways for several minutes, that my car matched the description of a vehicle involved in a crime earlier that evening. After a backup unit arrived, he asked my passengers for their ID's and requested to search my vehicle. I had nothing to hide -- and quite honestly, I was scared -- so I agreed. My passengers and I stood there and watched him search my entire car for nearly 30 minutes, searching the same spots over and over again while the second deputy stood watch over us. When he didn't find anything in his search effort, he began questioning me about how clean my car was!! He said most people have personal belongings and other "things" in their vehicle, why didn't I?? I explained that it was a brand new car and I'd like to keep it looking that way. He eventually let us go, but not before changing the reason he gave me for pulling me over. He said my light over my license plate was out. I went straight to a nearby Walmart and purchased a new light. When I got home and asked my husband to please change it out for me, we found that the wire had been disconnected, not burned out. The deputy had spent a good amount of time searching my EMPTY trunk twice. We're guessing he disconnected the wire so that he had a reason for stopping me. I don't know what that was all about, but I trust law enforcement much less now.

My fiance was 8.5 months pregnant coming home from work at 1am and cops stopped her for a brake light being out. Not illegal, she still had 2/3 brake lights working which is all that's required by Ohio Revised Code. They decided that she smelled like weed so they pulled her out of the car in freezing temperatures on a backwoods highway and made her wait for a dog to come and sniff the car. They found nothing and gave her no tickets but took up almost an hour of her time for literally nothing. If she was smoking weed it would have shown up in one of the many blood/urine samples the doctors take during her prenatal visits.

The woman he baptized by force was found dead in her home 04/15/2022. (details about cause of death haven't been released) I know there's only so much that can fit in a single video but this man is a monster. He pulled the woman over and suspected her of possession of meth so he (allegedly) groped her and forced her to remove her bra and shake it. She had a single marijuana cigarette. He called her a "piece of shit", then took her to the lake and stripped down to his underwear and wanted her to take off her clothes but she refused. This happened at 10pm or 11pm on a February night so that water must have been ice cold. In July 2019 Wilkey strip searched a man during a traffic stop and used such excessive force it required treatment for anal contusions and surgery on a previously-untreated hernia. That poor man, can you imagine not only being violated like that on the side of the road, but it was so violent it requires medical treatment?

They handed me a blank ticket with no infraction, no officer information, nothing. Just my name and identifying credentials at the top. Back in the early 90’s I had a cop that was a family friend pull a gun on me for skateboarding in a parking lot. He accused me of running from the Pole Lease. Around the same year I was threatened with arrest in another town for walking without a drivers license. I was stopped one night in the county I live in by a county sheriff. He took down all the serial numbers to all the mobile audio equipment in my car. I have been told to “go inside” during daylight hours at an apartment complex I used to live at. Followed around town by an unmarked car. They liked to watch me grocery shop I guess. Ticketed for “failure to maintain vehicle ride height.” Vehicle search led at the side of the road. That night a Heineken bottle cap was found in the car. I was asked “you sure you haven’t been drinking tonight?” And shown the bottle cap. It took everything within me to hold back from saying “yeah, I’ve been taking tiny sips at a time out of that cap.” I was stopped one night for pulling off of the highway to look for an object I could hear that was stuck in a rear tire. Cop didn’t believe me. Detained for at least 30 minutes while he used an abacus in his car to run my license. Then I was told “Do me a favor and get the fu*k out of MY town!” I could go on all day but, you get the idea. This type of policing has been going on forever.

Years ago, in Dayton Ohio, I was held at a traffic stop for nearly an hour by two very aggressive cops. My wife and I, having just been married the week prior, were out looking at houses in areas we could afford. I was pulled over by two police officers who immediately approached our car aggressively. They came to my window, and immediately ordered me out of the car. I hadn't even shown them my license yet. They then started screaming at me, pulled guns on me, aggressively searched me, had me remove clothing and pull my pants down, and then had me walk towards their car at gun point. All while threatening to shoot me if I make any sudden movements. I was terrified. My wife was sobbing. They put me in cuffs, slapped me a couple times, and put me in the back seat. My wife was made to sit in the back seat of the patrol car with me, but she wasn't cuffed. They then ransacked my car. Literally tossed everything onto the floor and seats. Pulled plastic parts of the interior off and tossed them too. After nearly an hour I was uncuffed and told to leave. No explanation. No tickets. Nothing. I asked what I had been pulled over for and they screamed that I could leave now, or go with them. I was worried they would hurt myself or my wife so we left asap. I called to complain but the officer on the line laughed about it and refused to take a complaint. I swear I had a cop parked outside my apartment for nearly a week after. I was afraid to leave the apartment. We moved shortly after. It ruined the city for me. I still won't drive in that area of Dayton for fear of the cops. 2 from the same dept. ended up beating a mentally challenged kid severely when he didn't understand their orders.

I've had interactions with the police in Germany and Scandinavia, they were polite, professional and knowledgeable and took no longer than the time necessary to check documentation. There are two countries I would be really scared if stopped by police, the USA and Russia.

Nowhere in America does it take SIX MONTHS to become a peace officer. SIX WEEKS is much more accurate. Any Joe off the street (even with a questionable history) with a G.E.D. can become a peace officer in less than TWO MONTHS. Maybe longer for the State Police but I doubt that too. I graduated from a police academy in Fresno and it was an EXTREMELY EASY SIX WEEK COURSE at the Fresno City Community College. It was 16 credit hours and that is why I did it.

I was held up for over an hour on a traffic stop. Sticker on license plate was the same month and year of the traffic stop but was expired by 1 day. Same scenario, cops went on a fishing expedition with the use of K-9’s citing my refusal to give them permission to search the vehicle gave them the grounds to use a K-9 and force a search. They found nothing and wasted a TON of time. I wish I would’ve followed up as they were grossly negligent.

@@salvagemonster3612 this happened to me when I was 17 so cops saw an easy victim driving an old car and smoking a cigarette. The fact that this rogue cop was allowed to operate with immunity for so long is a clear indictment on the management of this department. With lax oversight there are likely many more egregious violations of citizens rights buried there. We deserve better but won't get it until we demand it.

John love your educated comments. I wish you had the power as an officer of the court to effect investigations into abuses that you see. We as citizens can call up but we are usually dismissed. I see people getting arrested left and right and they can’t get a lawyer to handle their case because they usually don’t have enough money or the lawyers think their client should plead guilty when their rights have been abused. How can auditors with cameras get competent lawyers as yourself who will win their cases

A few years ago I was traveling west on I 40 in Alabama. a Cop pulled me over claiming I was swerving and that he was going to issue me a warning ticket. The cop took my License in order to run it for wants and warrants and if I came out clean I would be on my way with a warning ticket. I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for him to return. When he did another patrol car pulled up and the other cops asked if I had drugs, large amounts of cash or any other illegal items and requested to search my car. I let them search my car and of course they found nothing. So about forty five minutes after the original stop I was back on the road with a warning ticket for failure to maintain my lane.
