Haaaaaa there is a deep secret in that area! My obersvation, is that the uncle to the alleged mother of the tested child looks the same to the headman. Now the two tested bothers its now clear that they are not from the same father. Sadly the father want to die without resolving the matter (Ngatisiyeyi yakadaro hakuna basa uko). So, if the test the Capetown brother, and its proved that he is the father of the tested child, that means, the first tested brother is not of the family. If cape town brother its proved that he is not the biological father, then the second tested brother is not of the family. Ho na le mathata mo yesssess!

This was not a partenity test but a relatedness test so to say. So 99% in this case means the brother is RELATED to the child, but doesnt necessarily mean kuti he is the father.
