bro, how can i use all the services of google cloud platform from nepal. i tried using mastercard of dubai but its showing error. plz help out. i stuck in the middle of the project. thanks in advance

You can directly go to console.cloud.google.com/ create projects and get free versions of APIs without entering credit card info. For payment to use API beyond their free limit, I don't think Google accepts Mastercard you gotta use an International Credit or Debit card.
