While these project ideas are good , these will be considered as front-end projects since the backend is basically a 3rd party API , these projects are like the weather app people make while learning react or angular but much better. The reason people make those twitter and insta clones is to understand backend programming , database design and front end all together. So both types of projects have their own merits imo.
