Q: Do you plan before, during, or after the week?
A: It varies from video to video, but typically I plan 2-3 times during the week and stitch the clips together. I rarely plan the entire week in advance or the entire week retroactively.
Q: Do you use all of these planners?
A: Yes and no. Every week, there is something in my life that takes priority over the others whether it be school, work, or something personal. Depending on the week, I select a few planners that will help me achieve my tasks! So not every planner is used every week.
Q: How do you get so much done in a day?
A: If you watch any of my journaling vlogs, you’ll realize that I have very poor sleeping habits and so naturally I’m able to fit more things into the day. It’s something I’m trying to fix but admittedly this is the only reason.

I’m SO ready for this setup! I never thought I would, but I actually bought my first Hobonichi Cousin given what appears to be its high-level functionality and I’m very keen to try it for the year ahead. My planner needs to be efficient and effective (I use other outlets for artistry) and you make it seem just that even though you have a somewhat different planning style than I do. Despite the differences in how we work, I’m always inspired, encouraged, and educated by what you share every week. Hi Helen Firstly, thank you for your wonderful video. It gave me lots of inspiration on how to set up my planner for next year. I have finally decided to buy and use the "Take A Note" Planner for 2024, so can't wait to see how you will set up for that one. And secondly, I didn't know that use the Perpetual Calendar section for tracking steps and exercises habits. I will definitely use this inspiration to track my steps and miles for each day. And finally, I totally agree with your fans that you have a beautiful voice over and it was a treasure to listen and watch this while writing my planner for the day. I'm so excited for my planner to arrive so i can decorate it! you video is as always so calming and it hyped me up for the new year! for the monthly pages i did a thing this year. i printed pictures from things that happened during the month and put them in the month intro page with a little comment on each picture and i think it's a nice wrap up page for the month for me. maybe this can be an idea to how to use it

As always, it turned out beautifully! Thank you for sharing your set-up with us. I have tons of tabs I've bought from your shop. I have been terrified to use them but seeing you use what looks like an empty sticker sheet underneath it makes tons of sense to make sure it gets stuck correctly and doesn't hit the other pages by accident. My next question is who makes those two double sided tape dispensers? I see you have the blue one and then a clear one. I have glue that dries clear but I like the idea of the tape for my vellums I've been dying to use.. another fear not getting them put in correctly. :) A little bit of a perfectionist here. It's a day after watching your video and I just received the wonderpens newsletter which for some reason made me think of you, followed by thinking you said you will be prerecoding a video while you are away where you answer some questions. Maybe I'm completely wrong, but here are some Q's! Do you miss living in Toronto, and by extension miss any stores (i.e., stationary shops)? Do you miss living in your own space? Do you have any new stationary shops you like to visit in BC? Now that you have your license, do you choose to drive more than walk now that it's an option? Any goals, big or small, personal and/or professional for 2024? Other than setting up your planner line up for the new year, do you do anything special to prepare for the new year (i.e., word of the year, change in mindset, review your routine)?
