Just by based off the video, the space doesn’t look that big so you have use the space wisely and not overcrowd it with stuff. As for the Patio / Open Area: 1. Mini Baseball Court / Hang Out Spot 2. Have Certain Items and Racks there (it looks like you slide the windows up from the inside of the store and use that for more space) 3. Have Stands / Glass cases with items and you can just roll them in at closing time so they don’t sit out in the sun or rain.

Great area for location but one factor that may be a issue when you have a yard sale or big queues they will be right in front of the shop below and impacts there business

For the grand opening you should have the ropes, or tape lines on the patio so people could be in line . Once the shop is open, you should sell cool kicks ice cream, like baseball did and they can eat on the patio
