how do u handle jet lag?

@@telikaandfamto be honest, I don’t really get jet legs anymore since flying so often. I will book flights that always land in the late afternoon or early evening, that way when I arrive home or in Europe I can sleep right away. I will take a melatonin for a couple of days just in case. And never ever sleep during the day even if it’s just a nap, I’ve done it and woke up 8 hours later💀I had a jet leg for a week lol hope this helps!

This is by far my favourite ASMR trigger. But I tore the ligaments in my right ankle this Saturday and consequently lost all sensation in my toes and had a similar exam at the hospital. Imagine my disappointment when it wasn’t relaxing or tingle inducing in the slightest!😂

I think this has already been said, but I really appreciate how your videos incorporate real patient type scenarios. It's not too often you'd need a cranial nerve exam, unless some symptoms warrant it 👍

WD40 is primarily a (W)ater (D)isplacement spray (No. 40) developed for the spaceflight program to prevent surface rusting and aid with degreasing. Whilst it does have some modest lubricating properties under certain conditions it usually ends up stripping away whatever lubricant was present. You are better off using a light sewing machine oil (or alternatives) which leave very little residue..
