Awww thank you! This actually was my job for a short while when I was first making asmr. Well, not chiropractor exactly but kinesiologist, but I did have to do adjustments sometimes. It was basically like going back to work. 😂😂

I had a bad experience with a chiropractor who was not so gentle and nice. After that, I have been afraid of them. If you were my chiropractor, I think I would be at ease and more comfortable. You are gentle and calm and take time to explain everything. ❤

I feel you. I’ve experienced some that are really pushy and some that are like MLM salespeople and also some that were really aggressive. One thing I’ve found, however which I’m sharing in case you ever need a chiropractor… the ones who advertise practicing something called Active Release Technique (sometimes they’ll just put ART) are usually more careful and treat the muscle and the whole movement (like if you got hurt riding a bike, they treat how your leg would move on the pedal) with the joints etc. About 10 years ago, I ran my last marathon and I stepped in a pothole that caved in under my foot and I twisted my knee cap off which wasn’t super pleasant and I owe my being able to run today to a good chiropractor. There are good ones! But it’s also so understandable being afraid. It can be a very intimidating experience!!
