I have been spreading the word of your channels hard core on the crafty amino app when I see anyone who says they want to start sewing and they don't know where to start. I love your instructional style, and I think they will too.

Just watched your video on making jeggings from my own pair. You made a white pair. I'm off to get a roll of brown paper to make my own pattern. You are a joy to watch. ♥️♥️

Can you review what you like about your sewing machine? I’m in the market. Also just loved your trip to MSQCo. If you travel again to check out fabrics fro Scotland, London ie Liberty of London, France, Spain, Italy, Africa, Turkey, India, Middle East , China , Canada etc it would be so awesome. Take us with you. Much love🥰

P.S. if you have time (I know you're busy) could you do a video on "How" to read a measuring tape? I usually just eyeball it, I don't really know how to read the little lines on the measuring tape. Lol, sad, I know.
@jessicamenard92659 жыл бұрын
+Jessica Menard The lines on the tape measure that go edge to edge next to the number are the inch mark. The line that is half way between the inch marks is the 1/2 inch, this the line that is longest between both inch marks. The line between the inch mark and the half inch mark is the 1/4 inch, this the next longest. The quarter inch is important in quilting, unless specified you want your seams to be a quarter inch. The line between the inch line and the quarter inch line is the 1/8 of inch, this is also called the scant quarter inch seam. The tiny lines in between are 1/16 of an inch.
