I have built countless bumpside Fords and currently own a 68 F100 Short Box Stylside with a 521CI Ford Stoker, Built C6 , Gear Vendors OD and Dana 60 semi floater with a Power lock and 4.10 gears. Truck is absolutely insane. I also have a 71 F100 Short Flairside 4X4 with a 300 inline and Np435 with 4.10 gears as well. Sure It climbs like a mountain goat , But its slower then a legless turtle

It's funny because in this video at 5:45 the three Ford's your buddy pointed out are my friends. 1967 F100, 1968 F100, and 1974 F250. It's coming along. Not a bad truck. I've got a 64' Chevy, and I just happened to be scrolling along and found this. My main worry on this video tho, is that red 55' Chevy truck at 6:00. What did they do to that poor thing?

Cool ole ford there, have a question for u have u or do U have issues with your front Camber/caster? I know with fords the I-beam can't be adjusted unless u heat it up, have u done anything to her? Have a 72 Ford like yours and can't figure it out.

vanleer69 yea the camber and caster isn't adjustable but overtime they might bend but I doubt that. I had an issue with my toe. And all the tie rods having bad bushing giving me toe out. Causing the truck to pull left and right and give me terrible tire wear. Toe may be an issue if you have one up front. If you have a camber issues your shocks/springs are bad causing the truck to sag down.

vanleer69 I haven't done anything up front though. I never changed the shocks, springs, or the tie rods yet

Thanks for the reply, yeh my wheels and tires maybe to big as well. They are 15x10 and they are really to bulking, nice in back but up front wheels bend in to much.

dents give off character the only time dents suck is when they ruin functionality, like for example I dented the top of my tail gate so bad it wont open unless you get in and kick it multiple times

TheBigslum if you want a 390 it will most likely be a long bed f250. Big block short bed f100 are very rare
