I like that lifting jib. I’m going to build a version of that to mount on my loader bucket to lift shingles onto my roof. Can’t wait. Ugh.

My phone say's it's -11c in Edmonton today, I will never understand how you can work in below Zero. Here in the south of UK we are well into spring with 11c and warm sun shine, and each day is getting warmer than yesterday, roll on the Summer, Del UK

Winnipeg here, you just dress for it and it's the same as good weather just a bit slower...gotta keep tool batteries warm...other small changes make the working season all year...having Canadian blood helps too 😅

@@michaelcornell5726 Nope. Just pointing out he mentioned needing to put that down there a few episodes ago. Based on the change to the upstairs tub surround, I'd bet they changed the basement one too. But it still has to get down there...

I've always liked more rpms when working with lifters and loaders, find more oil flow gives more control. Keep 'em coming, but stay warm dude 😉

I am trying to explain to my son, "He does all of this all by himself you know. Do you know how cold it is where he is?"...he looks at me kind of blank. The sheathing is shear brace and it’s probably 100x the amount of shear brace needed to pass code anyway and he goes through and straightened all walls and temporary braced internal and external, he does this on every single frame , same as any carpenter, bracing is the first thing that you think of

Densglass is used as a fire barrier between the buildings. OSB will catch fire quickly and possibly help to spread the fire to the building beside it.

Densglass is better at preventing moisture during and after construction. Plus it provides a better insulating layer.

Densglass is weaker than osb but it’s fire resistant and a tiny bit better for moisture and mold resistance although both fail at 30%.
