Its been a month since i had my GTE interview for Deakin University and I still haven't got any reply or offer letter from University.. any idea how long does it takes.. I asked my counsellor, they say that A big number of applications are sent for Australia and just because of this they are taking so long.

I had a quick question.i have my sister as my sponsor. I had to pay thr first installment of fees of around 23k dollars oit of pocket as my loan got delayed. My loan includes tuition +24k. Cqn i tell the visa interviewer that i paid out of pocket and the loan covers both? Or would that be an issue

I can’t tell you which country - however, to help all I can say is - identify why you are moving, check the hourly rates, unemployment rate, course outcome etc. Also please make sure you are talking to a reliable agent, existing students of the universities to understand the difference

Hi I’ve done my bachelors in 2018, since then I have no work experience due to some family issues, health etc.. although I took pte and scored 79 overall.. now I’m planning to continue my masters in Australia from Deakin university.. will they accept me after considering the above mentioned reasons

Actually for australian universities ..they will definetly ask experience if u have gap for 3 months...few will accept if u have gap of 6 months atleast. for that u can submit gap certificate...showing them proof as medical gap. but everything should be genuine.

Hi, I recently applied for a student visa to Australia. I had a student visa rejection in August 2016 to USA but I was able to get it and go to USA in September 2016(the very next month) and was able to attend classes for the same intake. Should I mention visa rejection in my application since I fixed the issue? I don't have the proof of visa rejection as a lot of my documents were lost when my family moved to the new house while I was in USA. I know that it was because of 214b(not being able to show ties to India). I studied in USA and came back to India as per my visa requirements. What to do? I have mentioned it in my long sop, but the visa form is asking for proof when I click "yes" for the previous visa refusal question.

Madam, I am an NRI. I am not filing ITR in India. Can I show my FD in India for my daughter's GTE. Second thing, supporting document for FD, bank's letter would be enough or FD certificate itself.

Hi Biju, it is okay if you’re an NRI and not filing ITR in India. You have to show sufficient income proofs that you’re employed and able to support your daughter’s education. Furthermore, you can show FD in India as funds. You require confirmation from your bank as well as FD receipts/certificates issued by the financial institution. Ensure the FD’s are in a nationalised bank like SBI and has a maturity more than 6 months or you may have show the source of income. Hope this clarifies.
