Congratulations on the growth of your channel. I'm sure you could grow it much more if you replaced that Gamecock on the wall with a big orange Power T. LOL:) I've got to try that recipe. Unfortunately I will have to find something to replace the onions. My wife has developed an allergy to onions. Keep the recipes coming.
@TheCrazyPop2 жыл бұрын
LOL, not an orange T😂. You could just leave them out, I'm sure it would still be good.

Thank you so much for this, and I love the family focus of your content. I've made your beef and broccoli a few times now. The first time my wife and daughter said it was too salty, but that may have just been me misreading something. I made a double batch the 2nd time as you wrote it, and it was great. The biggest complaint I had the second time was around the cut of meat. I didn't cut it down small enough into bite size pieces, and a few of my pieces were too tough (again, my fault). This last (3rd time), I started to work towards a more paleo version. I used about 2.5lbs of Carne Asada flank steak from Stater Brothers here in San Diego, CA. I replaced half the Soy with Coconut Aminos and a few drop of fish sauce, and all the Brown Sugar with Coconut Palm Sugar. It was my family's favorite so far. Next time I'll try replacing the Corn Starch with Arrowroot Powder. Not sure of the ratios. As I go, I've really been trying to not overcook the broccoli and onions, they are so much better with a little crunch. Anyhow, I thank you for the inspiration. My family has a new favorite in the meal rotation because of you and your family. Crazy huh?!

I LOVE THIS!!!! THANK YOU so much for taking the time to let us know how it turned out for you. That is the the great thing about cooking and something we try and stress is that recipes are just guidelines and not rules!!! I love that you are trying different things and I'm sure from the way it sounds, it turned out better each time!! Thank you again and I am glad you are enjoying our content. Did he really call him “boy”? Wow the south doesn’t change much in 200 years
@TheCrazyPop2 жыл бұрын
I had to laugh at this comment. You really think that was a racist comment?? He is a young man or a boy as MOST of the world calls the young male species. This has NOTHING to do with race or anything. The south has changed A LOT, it is the rest of the world that is trying to make something out of nothing. So I have to ask. What do you call the kids that go to school? We call them Boys and Girls here as that is what they are. QUIT trying to make something out of nothing. Around here EVERYONE is welcome and treated equal. He is my flesh and blood and will always be loved by me.
